本发明属于液晶高分子材料技术领域,具体为一种可循环利用的光致形变液晶高分子材料及其制备方法。该液晶材料的化学结构是主链为丙烯酸型高分子链,侧链含有部分或全部光响应性基团,并通过氢键作用基团进行部分交联。它以丙烯酸型衍生物中的一种或几种为单体,先通过自由基聚合制备非交联丙烯酸型液晶聚合物,再利用其中的氢键基团进行自交联或通过外添加含双氢键基团的交联剂进行交联制备获得。本发明解决了以往以共价键交联的液晶高分子材料在成型加工使用之后,难以二次回收再利用的问题。本发明材料的特点是在紫外光作用下材料发生光致弯曲形变,再经加热或可见光作用又回复到初始平整状态,显示可逆的形变过程,可用于驱动器和人工肌肉的研究。
Abstract:
The invention belongs to the technical field of liquid crystal polymer material, concretely relates to a reusable liquid crystal polymer material with a photo-induced deformation and a preparation method. The chemical construction of the liquid crystal material is that the trunk chain is an acrylic acid type polymer chain, and the lateral chain contains part or all photo-responsive radicals, and partial crosslinking is carried out via hydrogen-bond action groups. One or a plurality of acrylic acid type ramifications are used as monomer, firstly non-crosslinking acrylic acid type liquid crystalline polymer is prepared by a radical polymerization, secondly the liquid crystal polymer material is prepared by a self crosslinking of the hydrogen-bond groups or a cross bonding of the additional crosslinking agent containing two-hydrogen-bond groups. The preparation method solves the problem that the former liquid crystal polymer material crosslinked with covalent bonds is difficult to recycle after molding, processing and use. The preparation method for the reusable liquid crystal polymer material with a photo-induced deformation is characterized in that the material shows a photo-induced deformation under the action of ultraviolet light, but can revert to the original even state under a thermal effect or a visible light effect, so the deformation process is reversible; the reusable liquid crystal polymer material can be used in the study of drive and artificial muscle.
