本发明涉及一种光控微流体运动的方法。具体地,本发明公开了一种光控微流体运动的方法,装置及微管执行器。本发明利用光致形变智能高分子材料制备了微管执行器,其在光刺激下可以由对称的圆柱形变为不对称的圆锥形,诱导产生毛细作用力驱动微量液体运动。本发明的技术不仅可以驱动各种极性和组成的微流体,还可以驱动微量液体爬坡,甚至可以驱动液体产生三维运动轨迹。在可控微流体传输、微反应系统、微机械系统、芯片实验室等领域具有可观的潜在应用价值。
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for micro-fluid movement controlling optically. Specifically, the invention discloses a method and device for micro-fluid movement controlling optically and a micro-tube actuator. According to the method, the micro-tube actuator is prepared by using a photoinduced deformation intelligent polymer material, and the micro-tube actuator can be changed from a symmetrical cylindrical shape into an asymmetric cone under light stimulation and induced to generate capillary force to drive a micro-liquid to move. According to the method, micro-liquids of all kinds of polarities and compositions can be driven, micro-liquid climbing can also be driven, and the fluid can even be driven to produce a three-dimensional trajectory; and the method has the considerable potential application value in the fields of controllable micro-fluid transmission, micro-reaction systems, micro-mechanical systems, chip laboratories and the like.
