本发明具体涉及一种新的含有光响应性和PH值敏感性基团的两亲性嵌段共聚物及其在溶液中形成可刺激响应聚集体材料及制备方法。所述的两亲性嵌段共聚物是通过原子转移自由基聚合得到的,在溶液中上述两亲性嵌段共聚物能通过自组装的方法形成纳微米级聚集体材料,该聚集体材料的特点是能通过光和PH值进行调控,可实现聚集体的可逆聚集与解离,具有双重响应特性。这解决了单一响应性材料应用的诸多局限性,故本发明可广泛应用在生物医学、化学催化和合成等领域。
Abstract:
The invention particularly relates to a new amphiphilic block copolymer with a photo-responsive group and a pH-value sensitivity group, an aggregate material capable of stimulating response and formed in a solvent by the amphiphilic block copolymer, and a preparation method thereof. The amphiphilic block copolymer is obtained through the polymerization of atom transfer radical. In the solvent, the amphiphilic block copolymer can form nanometer aggregate material through a self-assembly method. The aggregate material is characterized in that the aggregate material can be regulated by light and pH value, can realize the reversible aggregation and dissociation of aggregates and has double-response property. The characteristics of the aggregate material solve a plurality of limitation in the application of single-response material; therefore, the amphiphilic block copolymer can be widely applied to fields, such as biochemistry, chemical catalysis and synthesis and the like.
