On October 23, the 19th Advanced Display Materials & Devices 2015 (ADMD 2015) International Conference was convened in Gyeongju, South Korea. The Advanced Display Materials & Devices Conference is a successional international conference on basic research, development and application of display materials and devices. It represents an extremely high academic level and reflects the international academic frontiers and developments in related fields. The conference has been convened for many years, and receives support from well-known associations like Japanese Society of Polymer Chemistry and Korean Society of Chemical Industry and Engineering. The conference is organized to better display the new research findings in display materials at home and abroad, enhance exchanges and cooperation with experts in related fields from other universities and research institutes at home and abroad, and promote the in-depth development of this research field among China, Japan and South Korea.

Teacher Jia Wei and students Yuyun Liu and Yuanyuan Zhan from our group attended the conference together. In the picturesque and fruitful golden October, a month of harvest, good news came one after another to our group. After Lang Qin from our group won the Excellent Poster Award at the National Polymer Conference, Yuyun Liu and Yuanyuan Zhan won another honor for the group. Their poster stood out from hundreds of excellent competitors from China and other countries and won the Excellent Poster Award again. They received the attention and praise of many teachers and students, and adequately demonstrated the academic strengths and capabilities of our students.

During the conference, the teachers and students of our group conducted in-depth academic discussions and forged a deep friendship with teachers and students of other outstanding Chinese and foreign research groups, looking forward to further cooperation and exchanges.
