本发明属有机功能高分子材料领域,涉及一种含有光响应性和温度响应性基团的两亲性嵌段共聚物及其制备方法和其在溶液中形成可刺激响应聚集体的应用。所述的两亲性嵌段共聚物通过原子转移自由基聚合得到,并且能够在溶液中形成纳米级的聚集体材料。该材料的特点有:聚集体的尺寸达到纳米级,分布均一,并且能够通过光和温度进行调节和控制;能够在光和温度的单独或共同控制下实现对所包覆物质的可控释放。本发明提供的纳米级可控释放载体材料,可广泛应用在生物医学、化学催化和合成、传感器技术等领域。

Abstract:

The invention belongs to the field of organic functional polymer materials, and relates to an amphiphilic block copolymer with a light responsiveness group and a temperature responsiveness group as well as a preparation method and application thereof in forming stimulus-response aggregates in solution. The amphiphilic block copolymer is prepared by using the method of atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP), and can be used for forming nanoscale aggregate materials in solution. The nanoscale aggregate materials are characterized in that the sizes of the aggregates are in nanoscale, and the aggregates are distributed uniformly and can be adjusted and controlled through light and temperature; and the controllable release of substances coated with the materials can be realized under the control of light, or temperature, or light and temperature. The nanoscale controllable release carrier material provided in the invention can widely be applied to the fields such as biomedical science, chemical catalysis and synthesis, sensor technology, and the like.
